My account has a strange name and won't connect to facebook

Hi, 

I got 2 problems with my account:

1. my account has a weird name, random numbers,  and I can't change the name. 

2. How can I connect it to Facebook?? Under Social (settings) there is NO facebook button, neither to connect nor disconnect...

I hope Spotify figures out what is causing these bugs

Thank you for fast replying. Unfortunately, the mentioned site does not solve the problem since everything in my account matches the suggested settings there. I hope to get official support from the Spotify team because this seems to be an internal error. Thank you again for the tip!
