My account has been Stolen

My account has also been hacked it keeps saying is I'm trying to listen to anything on my iPad that my iPhone is being used ?? There are play lesson people I have never seen I have tried to contact Spotify for three months and have had no luck whatsoever I cannot access Spotify on my iMac at all !! I am really frustrated !! When I try to logon using my Facebook account on my computer and log me in as a new member it will not even recognize my premium status from last two years !! I have filled out the contact form like five times and I would love to hear from somebody. Otherwise I'm just going to cancel my subscription because this is crazy !!
