My account has been compromised

My account has been compromised

My account has been compromised within the last 48 hours.

 

It looks like the email address has been changed on the account. I am currently still signed in because I have a session open with my username via Facebook. I believe this has also been removed because I cannot log into Spotify from my desktop client by clicking login with Facebook.

 

I have sent two emails to customer support but it says they will get back to me on the new email address which is not mine.

Hi there!

 

 

 

I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. With this anonymous online contact form, you can reach them without subscribing to / having access to a Spotify account or the email that was used to create that account.

 

 

 

They can also be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares

 


If you use the online contact form instead of Twitter, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.

I have tried this but it says they will get back to me on the new email address on the account which does not belong to me.

I have send a DM via Twitter, lets see how that goes.
