I have Spotify Premium account. Yesterday I noticed that a bunch of weird playlists had shown up on my devices. I logged into my account on the website today (using Facebook credentials) and found that all of the credentials associated with my account (including password) had been changed. I haven't heard back from customer support yet. Any thoughts about what to do in the short term?

Isn't it sort of ridiculous that I need to reply to a "no-reply" email address to get anything done? My case number is #01533465 and I've since cancelled my billing just in case the bad actor manages to turn off my facebook access.
Hello lastplaneout,
Sorry to hear that your account is compromised. Here are a few steps you could follow to get rid of all nasty virusses you possibly have on your computer.
I. Install a virus scanner and make sure it's updated. (I can really recommend Comodo Internet Security 2014 with Clean Endpoint and KillSwitch. It never let me down before)
II. Download Hiren's Boot CD (15.2 latest) and make sure to run:
Antivirus/Spyware:
1. Malwarebytes Anti Malware.
2. RKill (Process Spyware Killer).
3. GMER (Rootkit Detector) / RootkitRevealer.
Cleaners:
1. All Users Temp Cleaner.
2. CCleaner.
3. Cleanup!
4. Glary Registry Repair/Cleanup.
III. Download and execute RogueKiller. It can detect some nifty virusses some anti virus software are unable to pickup. Plus RogueKiller comes with more features. Make sure to check them out!
This is what just popped into my mind. If anyone else has some good idea's, pleae share them.

My computer is clean, but it's possible that my password was hackable. At this point I'd be just as happy with deleting the account outright and starting over.
@lastplaneout I've escalated your case to the staff.
I still haven't heard anything back about my compromised account. What is the usual turnaround time for issues like this one?
Weekends are slow. You should hear something on Monday. If not, let me know.
I'm not sure I like the idea of some random having access to my account for another 48 hours. Is there a way I can just have it deleted?
Only staff have access to your account and I don't see anyone around. You can try tweeting @SpotifyCares as an alternative.
