My account has been hacked. Please please help

I discovered my account has been hacked because I received an email saying the email address in my account has been changed. I have emailed the email address that they provided to try and solve this issue but haven't gotten an answer back. The hacker has changed the email and password within my account so everytime I try and contact Spotify support, they notify me that I will receive an answer on the hackers email. PLEASE HELP!
