My account has been hacked

My account has been hacked

My premium Spotify account has been hacked. The email that I use for the account has been changed and I no longer have access to it. My credit card is linked to the account and all my music is on it so I would really appreciate if someone could help me out

Hey, @emilyd41799! That's not cool - let's get you in contact with Spotify customer service so they can take a look backstage.

 

Firstly, please log out of the Spotify web player account and fill out this contact form. Logging out first will allow you to enter new email information for Spotify to contact you with, rather than the old email associated with your account.

 

You may receive an automated reply asking you to check out the support forums again. Not to worry - just reply back (even if it's a noreply address) and the support team will be able to help you. They should be back to you within 24 to 48 hours.
