What to do when my premium account has been hacked? I have logged out at all devices. Is there any chance I can get my account back?

If you have already tried their troubleshooting guide there is an option to get in touch if you need further help. If you click on the contact form option in section 2 it will guide you through some additional questions and allow you to access a live chat feature via the "I still need help" button.
