My account has been hacked.

My account has been hacked. 

 

At the same time, my username was changed. I unsubscribed from Premium due to this. I am now on the Free Plan, but it continues. I've changed my password and am out of ideas how to prevent this.

 

I'm looking for any advice to get this person or persons from using my account. They have been active in the account as of yesterday. Just adding a few notes; no, I have not left my account open on any system - or share my account with anyone else. 

 

Thanks in advance for any help.

Sorry to hear that you think someone else has gained access to your Spotify account. I would recommend checking out the "Someone has taken over my account" support article for the next steps to take.

Since you've already tried changing your account password, I suggest you change your email's password and then try changing the Spotify password.
