My account has been hacked.

Hello,

Yesterday spotify application on my phone was loged out automatically. I tried to sign in with my username and password it said "username or password incorrect" and I can sign in via facebook account. Today tried to sign in my spotify application on my computer by username and password again and it said "username or password incorrect" but I can still sign in with my facebook account.

When I go to account section, in the email address box show "thibpubcompte@gmail.com". It's not my email and I can't change email because my password has been change.

Can spotify's staff reset my account? and What should I do? (I've subscribed family package)
