Hi,
My spotify account ( email and password) has been changed. I recieved an email telling me that the email has modified. And i am writting this message with an other account. I ve got the premium account so i am very upset because i am still paying! I am still waiting for an answer of spotify account problem.

I would recommend immediately getting in touch with Spotify support and they'll take all the necessary and precautionary steps to secure your account and return access to you. Just follow these steps and you'll be back into your account in no time!

  1. Go to the Spotify online contact form.
  2. Select Logging in.
  3. Choose I can't log in to Spotify
  4. Click I STILL NEED HELP.
