My account has been hacked

Hey. I have owned a premium spotify account for quite some time.

The last couple of weeks I have been getting disconnects and such, and my password no longer works. I can only login via facebook. 

The thing is, my email has been altered from my original email into jacoblreid@outlook.com - which is definitely not mine.

I can't submit a help thingy, because then he will get notified, and I can't get ANY NUMBERS TO CALL SPOTIFY?!

I've tried submitting to that link 2-3 times but all I get is the automated response. I've replying to it but no answers. I just cancelled my premium so that scum can't use it for any fun atleast.
