My account has stopped working. I am trying to refresh my payment method.

My account has stopped working. I am trying to refresh my payment method.

I am abroad now. But as I know the Premium account has to work. I can not refresh payment method because my current location is different than original registration

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out.

 

The country registered on your account must match the country that your payment card is registered in. In this case, if you have a payment method that is registered in a different country, you won't be able to update it until you are either in that country, or you have a different payment method that you can use. 

 

You're able to manage your country settings following these steps.
