My account if definitely Hacked

I went into Spotify the other day and saw that all my downloaded music and playlists were gone. Then after that I signed on again and saw that there was music playing that I didn’t listen to before, like some queen songs and oddly enough ASMR tracks, also some one was making playlist on my account, and I was thoroughly annoyed by it. How can I get this hacker off my account?
