My account is all messed up.

My account is all messed up.

I have a premium plan all linked to my email, and I just updated my phone and now my phone says I am on a free membership.

I have my facebook photo there and my playlists.

 

I logged online to change my username none of my profile information loaded.

 

WHAT IS HAPPENING.

 

Please help, THANKS!

Could you send me a screenshot of your full account overview page? Just make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

I have the subscription through my phone. This is it - it renews on the
23rd each month. I am not sure if I have multiple accounts? I just changed
my username online but my phone it says my username - but under my full
account overview - it is the second screenshot attached. [image:

I didn't get the screenshot.

To make sure you're sending the screenshot correctly, click 'Choose Files' at the bottom of your reply > Select the screenshot you're trying to share.

Thanks for getting back to me.

Could you try following some steps here?

 

Also, as a recommendation, it's good to cancel your subscription with Apple and subscribe directly to Spotify.
