The funds have automatically been credited back to your payment account
and, as a result, we’ve disabled your Spotify account.

I dont understand I gott a 12 moth gift card spotify premiun  that i activeted for a moth ago and all went perfect until today

What has my payment check  to do with the gift card ??  please can someone explain to me ?

As this is a payment issue, I suggest you submit an online contact form; so someone at Spotify should be able to take a look at it for you.

thx for the tips but i just read that spotify is having some issues at the moment

so I dont know if my payment has to do wit hthis Issues

It says that it is pay by paypal but i dont even use paypal 😮 wierd
