I didn't make a chargeback for my payment, why is my account disabled because of that?

I am going to remove your email address from your post, best not to post those details in public since there are a lot of spammers around!
You will need to get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form since they are the ones who deal with all account issues like this. If you have done so already, then just wait for them to get back to you 😉
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
As said above, Spotify recommend you only purchase subscriptions directly from them or through a partner company.

I am already a Premium user, and I've tried for days to log in. I finally got frustrated and rejoined under a new e-mail address and new password. How do I get all my music back along with my monthly payment method? This is driving me CRAZY! That fact that one can't get a hold of a flesh and blood person sucks big time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't want to have 2 accts.
