My account is hacked/stolen.

I tried logging on spotify today on my way to work, but i couldnt log in. The password was changed so i checked my email to see if the contact email was changed, which it was.

How come the hackers just have such an easy way changing all info, i didnt even find a confirmation that i changed email in my inbox.

 

Can you help me retrieve my account. I am paying for a subscription that i don't use.

This occured at about 23:58 the 2nd og april (yesterday)

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

 Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
