My account is hacked

My account is hacked

Hi!

 

Someone have changed my email, password and other information. Also this person changed my subscription to family. What should i do? I've sent a message to spotify but they take ages to answer. I've close my creditcard, changed password on other sites and ended the premium.

I'm sorry to hear that your account was hacked. But you did a good job to change all your passwords and cancel your premium! The Spotify Team ususally answers within 48 hours. When did you send your message to the team? If you got an automated email back you have just to reply to it. The team will help you soon 🙂
