My account is hacked

Today my Spotify account suddenly was off in my cellphone. I tried to log in again but apparently my password was changed. I could only acess it using the facebook. 

Then, when i tried to change my password, i realized that all my information was wrong. E-mail,CEP,birthday,password, everything.I have already canceled my premium family account but it still have premium access until the end off the month and now someone else is using it.

I would like to restore my access to the account, wich is linked with the facebook, and reset the password of my family member.
