My account is premium family in browser but not in app

My account is premium family in browser but not in app

As title. We have a premium family account which works fine in the browser but not in the app. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling on the iphone. Have also tried logging out and back in again.

Hi there, How long since you signed up, did you log in to your phone. I have Spotify Family and it took a couple of hours until it all worked. Also have a look in the management page on your Spotify Family account, to ensure the user your logging in on is all correct.

Roughly an hour ago. I have checked and yes, the member is active. It's definitely fine in browser but not in the app.

That's odd, have you tried signing in on a different phone or ensure that Spotify is running the latest version.

Unfortunately we don't have another phone to try it on. 

That’s a shame, try power cycling the phone. This may sound odd, but sometimes data remains in the memory which could result in their being an issue.
