My account is secretly deactivated?

I have been trying to log in for months and i have come to the conclusion that my account linked to the facebook or email <snip>@gmail.com is deactivated. i try logging into spotify with my facebook and it always gives me an error. can i talk to a spotify billing/services or employee?
