My account is stolen.

Hi,

It seems that my account has been stolen.

They changed email and password information.

I can only access throught facebook connect.

It was a premium account.

I want my account back, but I've tried to contact with spotify several times.... but no response recived. When i try to use "forgetton password" option, Spotify sends new password link to email address. But It is not my email address. It is hacekers email address.

What can i do?

If you offer me this form, https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-anonymous/ It sends to hackers email address new password.

I cant find right place to tell me problem directly also on spotify.....

It's best if you personally get in touch with the Support team either via the Contact form or tweet @SpotifyCares. You can also securely send them details, so they'll be able to know you're the rightful account owner.
