My account is under a different email than the one I registered with...and I didn't change it.

My account is under a different email than the one I registered with...and I didn't change it.

I've been logging in with facebook, but this morning when I tried to figure out why I can't just log in to spotify, I realized someone else's email is in place of the one I registered with. Of course my password doesn't work...and when I send a help request it goes to the email that isn't mine. How do I get my old email reset so I can log in again without facebook?

Oh no! Incorrect account details are no fun.

 

Other than by email, you can contact Spotify support by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They should be able to take a look backstage and help you sort out the issue.
