My account isn't connected to facebook or an email so how do i log on?

I signed up for spotify with facebook so i never connected an email to it. I disconnected my facebook from my account because i never use facebook and i thought i had an email connected to it, but i didn't, so now i'm afraid that if i log out of my phone or laptop, i won't be able to log back in, so how do i connect an email to my account so that i can log in on other devices?

Why?

The e-mail you use for Facebook, should be linked with your Spotify account.

• Also, if you are logged in your laptop, you can head to this site so you can check two things:
  1. Your user ID.
  2. Request for an e-mail to be sent so you can set up a device password.

Also a quick question, have you tried relogging with Facebook?
