I am originally subscribed as individual member and changed to family plan two months ago, i hve one subscription prepaid card for individual and one three months ths membership prepaid card on hand.
I dont realise until the recent days that i cannot add up my value over my current "family plan", im writing here seeking assistant of HOW i can use my two membership prepaid card. It is extremely difficult seeking asdistance over your webpage and i dont even kNow if someone is this and providing proper assistance.
Can anyone, just any human being instead of a webpage tell me what is the instruction.
I like the idea of spotify and the wide range of music provided but when it comes to after sales service, i will consider it as insufficient and it gives me the feeling that im being ignore right after i made my payment. Please help.
