My account issue

I am originally subscribed as individual member and changed to family plan two months ago, i hve one subscription prepaid card for individual and one three months ths membership prepaid card on hand.

I dont realise until the recent days that i cannot add up my value over my current "family plan", im writing here seeking assistant of HOW i can use my two membership prepaid card. It is extremely difficult seeking asdistance over your webpage and i dont even kNow if someone is this and providing proper assistance. 

Can anyone, just any human being instead of a webpage tell me what is the instruction.

I like the idea of spotify and the wide range of music provided but when it comes to after sales service, i will consider it as insufficient and it gives me the feeling that im being ignore right after i made my payment. Please help.

I'm not really sure what you mean. 

Do you currently have a Premium account paid with a prepaid card ?

You also have a Family plan you wish to pay with prepaid ? are your the owner of the plan ? we're you invited ?

 

Adding more info like your devices in use and country will help as well.

Hi there, and merry Christmas,
I try to explain my situation again:
1. Im existing pay user of spotify (single premimum)
2. I switched about couple of Months ago
3. One day i got system message saying that my FAMILY MEMBERSHIP is abput
to expire and require a recharged on value
4. I purchase a One Year membership without realising the normal premium
cannot recharge the value of my family plan
5. Currently i have one piece of three months premium card and a one year
premium membership which i literally not able using it.
6. Im asking for assistance of any alternative axtion i can take or i will
be spendind almost a thousand HKD for Nothing.
I hope the above description can explain what i need.

If you want to use the gift cards you've got with Premium Family, there's one thing you can do: 

 

  1. Cancel your subscription and wait until your account reverts back to free.

  2. Redeem the gift cards.

  3. Change your subscription to Premium Family with a recurring payment method.

  4. Invite all of your family members again.

Note: Bear in mind that after redeeming the gift cards for Premium and switching to Premium Family, the subscription will end earlier because of the difference of the price between Premium and Premium Family. So, after updating the payment details, you'll be charged earlier.
