My account keeps being hacked

My Question or Issue

My account has been getting hacked constantly over the last couple months after changing my password and signing out everywhere every single time it seems like I can not fix the most recent hack. This person took my account and moved my country to chile then changed my plan from premium to free. When I go to my account setting I can change my password but I cannot change my email birth date or country because whenever I try to edit my account settings it just says my email has been taken. Is there anything I can do to fix this or is my account just completely gone along with my information? I have tried sending a support ticket and they just told me to post on the spotify community boards.

In this case, please check out this support article and skip to Step 2. When you get in touch with Spotify following those steps and get an automated message, reply again with your request and someone from Spotify will reply.
