Hi, first: Sorry for my bad english.
Today I hire Spotify Premium with a promotion in mexico, was nine months for nine pesos, and after make the payment the account still free, and I had a problem with the system because three times in the site my card was rejected, The site notice me "No charge was appear in your card", and then my bank send me three messages of the payment, for easy understand, literally I hire three times spotify with the promotion, for this reason I angry, because I pay three times and then my spotify isn't premium.
I tried to restart the account and isn't work, Can you tell me if the service have a delay to start? 
And if I can recover the two payments of the error.

i tipped the info of my debit card 2 times because the app told that my bank or my card were bad or something like that, so my bank send a notification of 2 payments so i think that i had premium so i go to the app to use my oremium and y saw tha i dont have premium and ui have two charges in my bank so i dont have my money or my premium
