My account suddenly gone

I was a Spotify user for about 4-5years(mostly premium) and suddenly it's  gone. I can't log in via Facebook, email and name as well! How to fix it? I miss my playlists&stuff 😞

can you look at your email? did it say your email has been changed?

now i can see an email from spotify. It say that my account (or only premium) was deleted due unautorised payment. What it means?

hmm that is odd. it means you tried to pay for spotify premium but it got declined i think.
