My account was changed to free

I am paying a family account along with my roommate. I was changed back to free account AGAIN and it is getting frustrating. Wth spotify?

Mine is fixed... 

 

When I activated the family account, I missed that (probably) an option was checked standard that the account would expire in 5 months. So... Had to activate it again.

This happened to me too, my account was changed sometime in the last few days. Super frustrated because I can't seem to get an answer about what the heck is going on. All they keep asking me for is copies of my last payments but  I don't remember which one is connected to this service. 

 

Very disappointed in the customer service and my consider switching to another service.

Yes I did. I contacted them directly, they fixed the issue ASAP.
