I had something similar happen in that my account was hacked and the e-mail and password were changed but I was still logged in on my phone.
I was able to log in using another method (Facebook) and set up the ID password and use that to reset the e-mail attached and the password. Then signed out on all devices. Make sure you also update the password to your e-mail the account is attached to as that is also likely compromised.
Your last option would be to reach out to Spotify to look at recent activity and changes and see if they can revert or allow you to change the information back.
