This is a message to customer support. This forum is so confusing that i dont know where to find it.


I reset my computer, and forgot my password. When i reset my password via my email my account was lost. I got demoted to spotify free, still have to pay and lost all the music and the playlists i made during the years i had spotify.


Please help me recover my old accout




I got the old plan where i pay half the price of premium, get none of the benefits but dont get any commersials.

I'm sorry about this confusion. For what you told, it looks like you have more than one Spotify account.


Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.
