My activity is shared on Facebook although this function is deactivated

Hello everybody,

I have the following problem: I have connected Spotify to Facebook and when I did this, I also allowed Spotify to share my activity (when someone visits my Facebook profile, he can see which song I listened to the last time under my profile picture). I don't want this function anymore, that's why I deactivated it, but friends can still see what I listened to. Why is that? How can I turn this off?
