My address is not found for Duo

I subscribed to Duo. But when my husband who would have the second tried to find our address it gives us the right house number and street but in another town in OH. It does not accept the correct one,

Please take a look at this support page 🙂
Make sure the addresses you're typing in are the same and that your country settings match.
If the issue persists, you can also try the process via an incognito browser window, if possible - a LAN internet connection and no VPN.

i have just taken a duo account. Unfortunately my wife could not be registered while she puts the correct address and she is connected to the same WiFi.

She received an error message saying that we must leave in the same country… Could you help us?
