My artist avatar/pic disappeared overnight.

My artist avatar/pic disappeared overnight. This morning when I woke up it had changed to my latest single art. Band is called Lovefeast. Could an enemy report my art? I had it commissioned so I own the rights to it. It is also not offensive in any way. Does Spotify notify you when they delete or change an avatar pic? Thanks in advance.
