My brothers premium account have been hacked

My brothers account have been hacked and needs to be reset. The hacker has changed email so my brother can't reset the password.

Make sure to include the username of the account and an email that Spotify can contact at

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
