My account country is set on GB and i'm trying to chenge it in payment method section, but still remains the same.

I think the country change will take effect on your next cycle.
I bet you just need to wait till you get charged again.

Lets' try the following out on a Desktop device:

 

  1. Open an Incognito (Private Session) Window. 
  2. Copy and paste this link there: http://www.spotify.com/account
  3. Follow the steps in this article

Let us know if it works out and if not, send us another screenshot or tell us what error message you're getting.

I bet you just need to wait till you get charged again.

I tried it again in Incognito, still no luck. I don't get any error it just says "changes saved" , but when I check my profile still the same country.
