My country settings are both GB and Italy and I can't join Family premium.

My country settings are both GB and Italy and I can't join Family premium.

I am trying to join my brother's premium for family but I can't because I have found out that my account is not updated with the right country setting as it says GB instead of Italy.

 

I have already checked my facebook account and it has the right information (the italian address), the payment method is italian as well. What should I do now?

 

As you can see from the attachments, these are the settings that I see in my account. One is the one that I see in the Profile Overview, the other one is the one that I see in the Edit Profile page.

Hey @Anfex,

 

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
