My credit card is charged, but I do not know from which account

Hello,

Solved: I found the account credentials... I paid few months without me knowing

I have tried Spotify sometimes in the past, did not use it after and forgot the account credentials. Now I checked bank account and I was charged for Premium I guess. Can I get to know from the "bill" from which account it was charged off so I can disable it? Is there some official support mailbox?

In this case, we'd recommend reaching out to our Accounts team so they can take a look. You can get in touch via Twitter, Facebook or, email: 

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
