My friends can't see what I'm currently playing, it says I've been listening to a song 7 days ago but I used Spotify daily since then and there's no change. I've checked the settings and everything looks fine to me. Can you help?

In this case, our best suggestion would be for you to reinstall Spotify with the steps you'll find here. This will remove all the app's stored cache on your device, giving a fresh start and allowing your device to send the correct information to your friends about what you're listening to.
