My daughter cant remember mail-username and password, has premium, want to cancel. Last solution is to stop the automatic payment through the bank. Will Spotify see that as a problem. Thanks.

Best course of action is to get in touch with Spotify directly by using the contact form or @SpotifyCares on Twitter. They will help you to recover the account user name and password and cancel your doughter's subscription.
