My display name randomly changed by itself

Until this morning, the name that showed up on my Spotify was my real name. But this morning, it randomly changed to four random Chinese characters! But I didn't do this! So why did this happen?

Please reach your account page online and click "Sign Out Everywhere".

In addition, i'd recommend reinstalling Spotify as it assures to clean your cache, which might cause the issue and gives you the latest updated version.
