My email address used to sign up for Spotify but NOT by me!

My email address used to sign up for Spotify but NOT by me!

My email address has been used by somebody who isn't me to sign up! I only discovered this when actually signing up for myself, said email was already used. So I got a reset email sent, logged in and found play list etc, all not mine.
As none of this is mine is there a way to reset everything and change user name so I can use it?

Support takes 24-48 hours to reply to you if they have not replied to you by tomorrow you can ask me here and i will escalate the issue for you 🙂
