My email changed

My email changed

Hey,
About 5 hrs ago my account email was changed. I've tried replying to the "this was not me" email. I learned about the situation a bit back. I haven't gotten a ticket number from the email and I have gotten no response from the Twitter either. Forget bad customer help, I don't even know if Spotify customer service exists. I kinda have 5 years of playlists, I'm about to be real mad if something happens. Any kind of help would be appreciated.

same f***ing problem 😕

 

Create a new account, then email Spotify customer service, and ask them to move your playlist and or following/followers to your new account.
