Hello so my Facebook got banned for some reason. I can't log on my smartphone and on my laptop I can log in bu says that I am offline.
Help me please
I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they can help you out with this. Might be simplest to move all of your playlists and content over to a non-Facebook account - but they will be able to let you know what they recommend in these situations.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
