My family premium doesn't work!

My family premium doesn't work!

We have family premium in my house and it works four every one but me! I have tried too logout and erased the app but it still says that I have Spotify free!! WAY???

Hey Frejabohman,

 

On what account did you create the Family Plan? It works in such a way that you must send an access link to an email in order to sign up for Premium™. 

Hello there, and thanks for reaching out for help.

 

If you're not seeing your Premium features, this may suggest that you're logged into a Spotify Free account. 

 

Can you check your inbox and look for a Spotify receipt? Can you then check the username of the account that's been upgraded to Premium for Family? 

 

Once you have this info, simply enter your username and password in our login form and then press log in.
