My giftcard says invalid code...

I bought a giftcard and was gonna redeem it on spotify.com/redeem, and i dubblechecked if the code was correct but it still didnt work. It said in Swedish "Det verkar tyvärr som att den här Premium-koden är ogiltig. Försök igen eller kontakta vår kundsupport." wich mean in english "It seems like unfortunatly that this premium code is unguilty. Try again or contact our support." And i've been to the store where i bought it and told them to activate them and they gave me new cards and activated them for sure. Now when i try it still says the same thing. What should i do?
