My husband is unable to access his account when he requests re-set password

Spotify Duo - my husband has received my invitation but his account will not recognise his password - he has requested to re-set it and you have confirmed you have sent it to his email - it has not arrived including spam his address is [redacted]@gmail.com

Thanks for coming to the Community.


Just to confirm, he already has an existing Spotify account under that email address, right? The invite itself won't create an account for him.
