Hey there!

 

Sorry to see you're facing such an issue.

Could you tell us more about it? Are you trying to upgrade your free tier to Premium Individual or do you already have a different subscription type?
Could you tell us what you see in your account overview page

If you've already paid for a Premium Individual plan and it's not reflected in your account, please doublecheck if you're logged in with the correct credentials.
It's also helpful to check your receipts 🙂
