I started a new duo premium with my sister and when I checked my account it says that you don't have any premium so then I checked the payment and subscription page it was saying that you have a premium account but the nickname was different. I can't solve this problem. I need help so fast. Also, Spotify needs to create call center crew its so hard to solve problems via Community.
It sounds like you've got two different accounts. In this case, we suggest that you check your Premium account details on the account page. Then, log out on your devices in which you don't see the Premium features and make sure to log back in using your Premium account's details.

It also might be a good idea to close your free account to avoid confusion. Here are the steps on how to do that.
