My old premium account

hello,

I can’t log into my old premium account. The email address I'm paying for spotify does not seem to be my email address for the account. how should I log in? I cant find the Name or E-Mail Address.

Could you try finding the correct account using this guide? If that doesn't help, could you send me a screenshot of the error messages being shown when you try to log in? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
